  • Measure how the sensitivities of CaM and other critical calcium signaling proteins to oxidative modification modulates their abundance through degradative mechanisms involving the proteasome.
  • Measure the effect of age-dependent changes in CaM concentration and function on critical signaling pathways through the isolation and identification of CaM-dependent binding partners following macrophage activation.
