Staff and Postdoc Searches

  • Access to an ongoing postdoctoral application pool
  • Coordination of formal searches for HBC funded appointments, including:
  • Serve as a liaison with the Equal Employment Office and Human Resources
  • Place advertisements
  • Provide candidate summaries, if requested
  • Schedule interviews, if requested
  • Coordinate pre-appointment paperwork
  • Coordinate post-appointment paperwork

Student Employees

  • Access to an ongoing student application pool for assistants
  • Representation at the annual Student Job Fair at the Kansas Union during Hawk Week
  • Coordinate pre-appointment paperwork
  • Coordinate post-appointment paperwork

Visa Services

  • Serve as liaison with International Student Services to complete appropriate paperwork to facilitate new hires
