Lunte Named AAPS Fellow

E. Lunte, HBC research scientist and KU Professor of Chemistry, was named a
Fellow in the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists in November.
Lunte was officially named as a Fellow at the association’s annual meeting October
29-November 2, in Indianapolis. Professor Lunte’s research focuses on the development
of new methods for the study of drug metabolism and disposition. His work addresses
all aspects of the bioanalytical problem of drug disposition studies, from sampling
of living organisms to analysis of minute biological samples. He has taken a
leadership role in applying microdialysis sampling to the study of drug metabolism
and disposition.
